2 Corinthians 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

Having spent some time being a 'pretender' to Christianity, the last thing I want is for anyone else to be what is termed an "Almost Christian". If a person has decided that eternal torment in hell is what they desire, then though they will later regret decision, at least it is a more commendable position than to be a pretender. Being a pretender to Christianity is the most sorry condition imaginable for a person to be in - going to hell with a false hope of heaven.

There can be no bigger fool than the one who fools himself, and in the end your salvation or lack thereof of will really only matter to you, so wisdom says you ought to have a sound evidential reason for the hope you profess. Merely pretending to be a Christian will not do any of us any good whatsoever, now or on Judgment Day; most of the time the facade is rather obvious anyway, and fooling ourselves is about all that is ever accomplished.

With that in mind, this section is dedicated to helping you know either that you currently have or do not have everlasting life. If you determine that you have it, I would recommend that you move on to "Sanctify", if you find that you do not have it, move back to "Justify" and go over that section until you are sure that you presently have everlasting life.
